Process & Timelines
Process
Here’s how we bring your unique shirts to life, step by step:
-
Submit the Design Your Shirt Form
Begin by filling out our "Design Your Shirt" form, which asks a few key questions to help us understand your needs and preferences. -
Initial Contact
Once we receive your form, our team will reach out to gather more details and gain a clear understanding of your vision for the garment. -
Receive an Estimate
With all the necessary information, we’ll provide a detailed estimate, including pricing and the expected timeline. -
Advance Payment
If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll request an advance payment to begin the project. -
Design Development
Our team will start working on your design. Once ready, we’ll send it to you for approval. If you haven’t chosen specific materials, our designers can recommend the best options for your garment. -
Tech Pack Creation
After the design is approved, we’ll develop a tech pack. This document outlines all technical specifications—design, construction, materials, and sewing details—for the factory to follow. -
Sample Garment Production
The factory will create a sample for you to review. At this stage, you can request any final adjustments to the design or construction. -
Final Production
Once the sample is approved, production begins. Please note, the final payment is required before your order leaves the factory. -
Shipping and Packaging
After production is complete, your order will be shipped in basic packaging (a plastic bag). If you prefer custom packaging (such as boxes), we can provide that at an additional cost.
What Sets Our Shirts Apart
All of our shirts are cut & sew. This means we don’t keep any ready-made shirts in stock; every shirt is made exclusively on demand, following your specific garment requirements—whether it’s the construction, material, or design. This ensures exceptional garment quality and complete customization flexibility.
Every garment we create is unique. No two shirts will be identical, from construction to material selection, making your order truly one-of-a-kind.
Timelines
Because of the quality and custom nature of cut & sew shirts, the production timeline is longer than regular shirt production. Here’s a breakdown of the timeline:
- Gathering project requirements: 5 business days
- First design sample: 10 business days
- Completed tech pack: 10 business days
- First sample production: 30 business days
- Full production: 60 business days
- Delivery: 15 business days
This totals 130 business days, meaning the entire process from start to finish can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months.
