FAQ

What is cut & sew?

Cut & sew apparel is custom-made clothing, designed and manufactured based on your preferences. Unlike regular apparel, where options are limited, cut & sew allows you to fully customize everything, from the design to seam colors. The fabric is printed before the pieces are sewn together, offering endless possibilities.

What is the minimum budget for cut & sew shirts?

The minimum budget starts at $5,000. Pricing varies based on garment type, materials, design complexity, and order size.

Why choose cut & sew?

If you’re looking for a fully customizable, one-of-a-kind garment, cut & sew is the way to go. For basic, low-cost shirts with a simple logo, it might not be the best fit.

What makes your manufacturing unique?

We partner exclusively with top-tier European factories, the same ones used by brands like Burberry. All our manufacturers are OEKO-certified, ensuring that only organic, chemical-free textiles are used.

What harmful substances are in textiles, and how can I avoid them?

For details on harmful chemicals in textiles and how we avoid them, please refer to our blog post on textile safety.

What shirt sizes are available to order?

Since we manufacture custom shirts, there are no size limitations. Keep in mind that larger sizes use more fabric, which can increase production costs. You can order anything from XS to XXXL or provide custom size requirements.

What materials can I select for my garment project?

We typically offer materials from the factory's standard stock or their suppliers. You can request an updated list of available materials as your garment development progresses. If a specific material or blend isn't in stock, we can order it through our supplier network. Please note that custom materials may increase the cost due to minimum order quantities.

What garment types can I order?

We produce a wide variety of garment types, with shirts (polo, V-neck, oversized) being the most common. We also manufacture jackets, hoodies, and more. Keep in mind that the type of garment directly affects the cost of your project.
